Patient has any history or current finding of congestive heart failure.

Heart Failure

Patient had prior percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).

Prior PCI

The patient had prior coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.

Prior CABG

Patient has any history or current finding of moderate or severe aortic stenosis.

Aortic Stenosis

Patient has any history of a cerebral vascular accident (excluding reversible ischemic neurological deficit (RIND) and transient ischemic attack (TIA)).

Stroke, ischemic or hemorrhagic

Patient has any history of dementia / Alzheimer’s disease / chronic confusion / senility.
